In general you can eat seafood , junk food, mole ,chalupas, cemitas, tacos, pozole, chiles en nogada....
Wait ,wait... What is a chile en nogada?
Chile en nogada is a kind of chili , and inside have ;pear, peanut, meat, apple, peach, and all is fried with egg. Then is serve with nogada ; it is  a mix of nut and is delicious.
You can decorate it at the end with parsley and pomegranate.
That sound interesting.I´m going to eat Chiles en Nogada.
But now, tell me about the ways to greet and customs in Italy?
In Italy we salute with the word "ciao" as arrive and as a farewell. We use "ciao"in all moments but it is an informal way to greet.
Our formal ways to greet are: BUON GIORNO, like good morning in English and buenos dias in Spanish.
BUON POMERIGIO , like good afternoon in English and buenas tardes in Spanish.
BUONA SERA , like good evening in English and buenas  noches in Spanish.
BONA NOTTE is not a greeting , it is like say sweet dreams or when you are going to sleep.
We use the word CHAPERONAS these are a groups of woman's that goes with the couple when they are in a date to take care of them.
In our cucina ; it is such as a kitchen , in this we prepared
-Fettuchinis
-Espaguetis
-Pomarola
-Pasta and Pizza.
Wait ,wait , wait How do you prepare pizza?
It is very easy if you want when the program finish . I´m going to teach you.
And all our dishes are serve at the end with a glass of wine.
And you,How do you celebrate Christmas Eve?
Christmas eve in Mexico  , is an event that we begins  to celebrate  from early December to January 6th.
During this you will see Christmas scenes such as poinsettias and Christmas trees  followed by traditions such as posadas , and pastorelas.
You eat turkey , chicken and after  dinner old people drink ponche or cider .At the end all people will eat the traditional bunch of grapes.
And you?
We celebrate Christmas eve , with a plate of lentil  and is very traditional that at 12 o clock at night , people trow all the furniture by the windows.
That sound funny!!!
Oh wait , I forgot to tell you this.
I f you are a business man you need to present all moments your business card.
Thank you for the suggestion ,and thank you very much for the interview.

Your welcome ¡¡ Good day...
